Shared Kitchen Space
Capital Kitchens is a full-service, shared-use commercial kitchen with chef's area, baking area, beverage area, multiple prep areas, and meeting space.
Commercial users have access to hourly or monthly rental of the kitchen and the equipment. But we take a different approach to booking time in the kitchen, clients have 24/7 access with no scheduling required. This helps promote community and provide the flexibility to meet your changing business demands.
Food Trucks & Food Trailers
Our kitchen can serve as a commissary or central preparation facility for your mobile food business. We have an easy-access gray water drain outside our facility with a fresh water fill-up station.
We make the process easy and quick, and have assisted hundreds of food trucks with their central preparation facility needs!
