A signed Servicing Area Authorization (SAA) Contract — now required statewide by Texas DSHS as of July 1, 2026.
Capital Kitchens can satisfy the state’s SAA contract requirement for Mobile Food Vendors (MFVs) and Food Vending Vehicles (FVV) and sign your Servicing Area Authorization (SAA) Contract — required by Texas DSHS, which allows you to dump wastewater and fill up with fresh water. This form is formerly known as the commissary letter or the Central Preparation Facility (CPF) agreement.
MOBILE FOOD RATES
$99 Security Deposit- Mobile Food Trucks
*3-month minimum required & discounts for multiple months paid.
Monthly rate $99, quarterly rate $264, and annual rate $720.

Security Deposit (refundable)
Sign up will include 1st month’s payment. 3-Mo. minimum contract.
INSURANCE: A certificate of insurance showing a minimum of $1,000,000 commercial general liability insurance with CAPITAL KITCHENS VENTURES LLC listed as an additional insured and client must maintain such policy for the duration of affiliation with our facility. THIS IS STANDARD GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE FOR YOUR TRUCK AND BUSINESS! We recommend local insurance agency InsureMyFood.com that specializes in mobile food vendor insurance.
